ONLINE SHOPPING:
We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your device/monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are, therefore, unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
All prices on the site are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Despite our best efforts, items in our online store may occasionally be mispriced. If this occurs, we will contact you for instructions before despatch.
All goods must be paid in full before shipping.
We sometimes offer one off items for sale on our website as well as items where we only hold 1 item in stock which will not be replaced when sold. We aim to make daily updates on items in stock at all times but due to the very nature of our product range being unique or hand-made, it is inevitable that there will be breaks in supply. We offer the products on a “first come, first served” basis. On rare occasions, stock levels may be incorrect, for example, if another order occurs just before you have placed yours, in which case you will be contacted.
Where an item is marked as a ‘Sale’ price, the original price will have applied for a minimum period of 28 consecutive days (online or in store).
The advertising of products on this site is an 'invitation to treat'. Your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Blue Wing Gallery, so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of despatch' email sent once your order has been successfully picked and we can confirm stock levels have been checked.
If we are unable to supply the goods in time we will contact you to inform you regarding your order. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.
We will not accept your order if:
- we do not have the goods in stock
- your payment is not authorised
- fraudulent use of card information or identity is suspected
- there is a pricing discrepancy
- there is an error regarding the order or other details of the goods
- you have cancelled your order with us
SECURE PAYMENTS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as Visa debit cards. It is also possible to pay via PayPal. Blue Wing Gallery uses Shopify to process online payments. Shopify is a major online sales platform and internet payment service provider that uses secure encryption technology to ensure the safety of your personal data. To securely receive payments over the internet, Shopify use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal information and payment details. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify.
We take security seriously and have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Although we do our best to keep your personal information secure, we cannot however guarantee the security of your information transferred to our site. This website, its content and any contracts arising out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We welcome orders from many overseas countries. Local import duties may be payable on receipt. Please note however that this site and its contents do not form an agreement between Blue Wing Gallery and a customer in a jurisdiction in which the products offered for sale would go against any local, regional or national laws. If you know that it would be illegal for us to sell our products in your country, please do not order items from our site.
Blue Wing Gallery cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is allowed, so please take note of any possible import restrictions before placing an order. International deliveries may attract local duties/taxes payable to relevant local authorities. Any such payments will be the responsibility of the customer and are outside of the control of Blue Wing Gallery Limited.
