Your Blue Wing Jewellery requires some care and attention to keep it looking its best. Here, we have compiled some hints and tips for you:
Stainless Steel: Stainless steel contains a minimum of 10.5% chromium, preventing it from corroding easily or rusting like ordinary steel and making it resistant to tarnishing. It is used a lot in rings and watch straps due to its versatility and resistance to scratching.
Keep stainless steel separately from other jewellery as its hardness can cause damage to other precious metals. Despite its strength, stainless steel is not indestructible so avoid wearing it for manual work or sports. To maintain its wonderful shine, it can be polished with a soft cloth and mild detergent can be used for stubborn dirt.
Leather Jewellery: Here are some additional tips on caring for your leather jewellery Avoid washing, tumble drying and dry cleaning. Stay away from products containing bleach, oil or alcohol. Avoid getting wet, as excessive water will damage the leather. Leaving the leather to dry in direct sunlight can cause it to crack, so allow to dry naturally.
