E-COMMERCE MANAGER & GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Location: TRURO HEAD OFFICE

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager & Graphic Designer to join our team within our Truro Head Office. This role is challenging and varied, with the main focus being to manage the new company website alongside its sales, marketing and day to day running. Creation of graphics for both online and print media, including advertisements, event invitations, posters, banners, newsletters, e-shots, billing messages, social media posts and websites. Creation of HTML emails in email platform and branded e-shot templates required.

It is essential that you have a good understanding of computer systems, digital marketing such as SEO, content & social media marketing and Magento applications, such as CSS,CSV and CMS files.

This role will be fulfilled by an ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to get stuck into an exciting E-Commerce role within a successful jewellery brand.

BRANCH MANAGER

Our Branch Managers are incredibly important to us, taking care of our stores like their own and always with their customers at the heart of everything they do. RETAIL TRAINING MANAGER

Location: CORNWALL BRANCHES

Coaching and training lie at the heart of team performance. The role of the Retail Training Manager is to reinforce the culture and ethos of the Company and ensure that sales staff are fully prepared and motivated to deliver the ultimate service to customers and optimum returns to the business.

The primary mission of the Retail Training Manager is to drive commercial and business performance and elevate the customer experience within our stores. Working closely with senior management, you will train and coach Sales Consultants to become ambassadors of Brand culture, values and products. You will develop a training plan to best contribute to business growth, answering to the needs of the store(s) through selling skills, product training and active coaching to ensure our sales teams give our customers the true Blue Wing Gallery experience.

 Please be advised that this is a store based role, and you will spend about 80% - 90% of your time in stores, between coaching, needs analysis, and in-store training with individuals and in small groups.

JEWELLERY WORKSHOP ASSISTANT 

Location: TRURO HEAD OFFICE

We are looking for enthusiastic people to help out at Make, Do and Mend workshop. The Workshop Assistant helps in all aspects of running the workshop including, preparation, administration and tidying-up etc.

Assisting in the workshop with various stages of jewellery production and repairs including soldering, cleaning, polishing of silver and ceramic  jewellery. The ideal candidate will have a background in jewellery design or ceramic works with an interest in developing their skills further. You will be confident in your existing jewellery skills and be able to carry out day to day workshop jobs. You will be organised, creative and professional in your appearance. You will be a strong communicator who is comfortable dealing with members of the public, selling and giving advice from time to time. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to gain new experience in a jewellery workshop and progress.
